While CoPilot Pro caters to individuals, CoPilot for Microsoft 365 takes the Copilot experience to the organizational level. Originally available for enterprises, Copilot for Microsoft 365 is now accessible to businesses of all sizes, eliminating the 300-seat purchase minimum.

Key Updates for CoPilot for Microsoft 365:

Available for Small Businesses:
Small businesses with Microsoft 365 Business Premium and Business Standard can now purchase between one and 299 seats for $30 per person per month.

No Seat Minimum for Commercial Plans:
The 300-seat purchase minimum is removed, making CoPilot available for Office 365 E3 and E5 customers.

Availability through Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider Partners:
Commercial customers can now purchase CoPilot for Microsoft 365 through Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider partners.

Powerful Integration Across Data and Apps:
CoPilot for Microsoft 365 works seamlessly across emails, meetings, chats, documents, and more, providing a versatile AI-powered assistant.

Introducing New Features in CoPilot

As Microsoft expands the availability of CoPilot, additional features are introduced to enhance the overall user experience.

CoPilot GPTs:
Users can now customize the behavior of CoPilot on specific topics with CoPilot GPTs. Initial GPTs include fitness, travel, cooking, and more, with the ability for CoPilot Pro users to create their GPTs using CoPilot GPT Builder.

CoPilot Mobile App:
The CoPilot mobile app is now available for Android and iOS, allowing users to access CoPilot on the go. The app includes GPT-4, Dall-E 3 for image creation, and seamless integration with CoPilot on PC.

CoPilot in Microsoft 365 Mobile App:
CoPilot is integrated into the Microsoft 365 mobile app for Android and iOS, enabling users with a Microsoft account to access CoPilot within the app and export content to Word or PDF documents.
